These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and MTK4D ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming website accessible at mtk4d.cam. By creating an account, depositing funds, or accessing any service provided by MTK4D, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.

MTK4D operates as a premier online gaming platform serving players across Malaysia, including those in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and surrounding regions. MTK4D reserves the right to update, amend, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes through the platform or via registered email. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms and Conditions periodically.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings ascribed to them below:

Membership on the MTK4D platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the Platform:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. MTK4D enforces a strict 21+ age policy in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the MTK4D platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order, whether issued by MTK4D or any affiliated gaming platform.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information. MTK4D reserves the right to verify all account details at any time and to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be false or misleading.

To access the full range of MTK4D services, prospective members must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information as requested on the registration form. Upon submission, MTK4D may require documentary verification of identity ("KYC") before the account is fully activated or before any withdrawal requests are processed.

The KYC verification process may require the submission of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport);
• Proof of address issued within the preceding three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership where required by MTK4D's compliance procedures.

MTK4D reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that fails to complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe. Funds deposited into an unverified account may be withheld pending successful verification.

All financial transactions on the MTK4D platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). MTK4D supports a range of Malaysian-friendly payment methods including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Deposits made via e-walets (Touch'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly to the Member's account balance.
• Deposits made via FPX or direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) are typically processed within 5–10 minutes, subject to the relevant financial institution's processing times.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 15–30 minutes.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered and verified in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• MTK4D reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed for funds that remain subject to active wagering requirements.
• MTK4D reserves the right to impose reasonable processing times for withdrawal requests and to request supporting documentation where warranted by compliance obligations.

MTK4D offers a variety of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Members. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

• Bonus credits are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the total bonus amount received, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one promotional offer may be active per Member account at any given time, unless MTK4D expressly permits the combination of specific offers.
• MTK4D reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other dishonest means — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may lead to account suspension or permanent termination.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Unclaimed or unused bonus credits will expire automatically upon the stated deadline.

All bets, wagers, and game interactions on the MTK4D platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each individual game or betting market, as published within the platform. Members are encouraged to familiarise themselves with all applicable game rules before participating.

• All game outcomes on MTK4D are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, guaranteeing fair and impartial results for all players.
• MTK4D reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a material technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, MTK4D's records shall be considered the definitive record in the absence of evidence to the contrary.
• Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other international competitions — are settled in accordance with the official results confirmed by the relevant governing body.
• MTK4D reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts or impose wagering restrictions on any Member at its sole discretion.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the MTK4D platform. Engagement in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registration or use of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity or payment information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the MTK4D platform;
• Deliberate exploitation of system errors, software bugs, or payment processing glitches;
• Unauthorised access to or interference with MTK4D's systems, servers, or databases;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward MTK4D support staff or other platform users.

All content published on the MTK4D platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, text, logos, game content, audio-visual elements, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of MTK4D or its licensed content providers. Such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the MTK4D platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No part of the platform's content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or incorporated into any other work without the prior written consent of MTK4D.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MTK4D, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings or gaming funds resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or platform downtime not directly caused by MTK4D's wilful misconduct;
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Interruption or unavailability of any game, service, or feature on the platform for any reason;
• Errors in game results or bet settlements subsequently corrected by MTK4D in good faith.

MTK4D collects and processes personal data in connection with the provision of its services. The manner in which we collect, store, use, and protect your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions.

By registering an account and using the MTK4D platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. MTK4D is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of all Member data and employs 256-bit SSL encryption and secure server infrastructure to protect information at all times.

MTK4D is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of its platform. We provide a range of tools to help Members maintain control over their gaming activity, including deposit limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion.

The 21+ age restriction is a mandatory and non-negotiable requirement. MTK4D strictly enforces this requirement through identity verification procedures and reserves the right to close any account where there is reasonable evidence of underage gambling. Winings acrued in such cases will be forfeited.

Members who believe their gaming behaviour may be causing harm are encouraged to make use of MTK4D's responsible gaming tools or to contact our support team to discuss appropriate measures. Requests for self-exclusion will be actioned promptly and without question.

MTK4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material in nature, MTK4D will endeavour to notify Members via the platform interface or by email to the registered address on file. Non-material changes may be made without formal notification, and it remains the Member's responsibility to review current Terms and Conditions periodically.

Continued use of the MTK4D platform following the publication of updated Terms and Conditions shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the platform and contact us to initiate account closure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to MTK4D's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by MTK4D's licensing authority.

MTK4D operates an internal dispute resolution process. Members who have a complaint regarding any aspect of the platform's services are encouraged to contact the Customer Support team in the first instance. MTK4D commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within a reasonable timeframe.
